Candidate · N27 Batu Lanchang (1990)
Tan Loo Jit (also recorded as Tan Yik Khoon) was a Penang state assemblyman representing DAP. The records show three election contests in Penang: a loss in 1982 in N23 Kampong Kolam, followed by wins in 1986 and 1990 in N27 Batu Lanchang, the latter on a DAP/Gagasan Rakyat (GR) ticket. Beyond electoral outcomes and party affiliation, the records provide no information on policy positions, delivery as assemblyman, integrity or finances.
