Candidate · N26 Tebing Tinggi (2008)
Chew Wai Khoon is documented through official Perak and federal election results as a long-time MCA/BN politician. He lost the federal seat of Pasir Pinji in 1990 (GE8), then won the Perak state seat of Tebing Tinggi three times in a row (1995, 1999, 2004) before losing it in 2008. The records show a steady decline in his vote totals and winning margins across those three state wins, and no information on policy positions, office delivery, or any integrity matters.
